Nowadays, many people are concerned about losing their designing jobs due to the rise of AI. there are multiple AI platforms available to generate content, Text, Images, Videos or Even Website. Many more are set to launch with advanced features in a very realistic way. Some of Creators, Designer and Developers learn their skills set to achieve the level they have and now they scared of AI. And the Industry adapting AI is very fast. That’s not the end.
Elon Musk Once Said that “ AI is far very Dangerous”; and somewhere he is right, it is dangerous in various way, for security purpose, for scam purpose, or in some case also in Manipulating things. But now taking a job is a more scary part.
As I say earlier learning skills to achieve the level and now you are experience that AI can do the same thing very easily. For example being a Graphic and UX UI Designer, I want to create a Dashboard for a Education Technology Based Start-up Company. What are the difference to do the task before Ai and same task After Ai.
Before AI
- Step 1: I will consult with the client what type of Dashboard they required
- Step 2: I will create a prototype (in terms of Design and User experience)
- Step 3: I will Design for the UI
- Step 4: I will add prototype to enhance the User Experience
It will take hardly 1 or 2 week to Design a Dashboard done for a Single Screen.
After AI
- Step 1: I will consult with the client what type of Dashboard they required
- Step 2: I will generate a prompt for the same requirement.
It will take hardly 2 to 5 minutes to get a Dashboard done for a single-scrolled Screen.
Here is why?
- AI is not to take over your Job, actually enhances your work.
- AI will never going to get you the exact result that you want; there should be a slightly possibilities for changes (Human touch), and if you aren’t in that field, you won’t get the best result.
- AI is not that realistic. Whatever we generate through AI, anyone can notice that, and no matter how much we can appreciate the generative result
How does AI help us in a different job profile / department / field?

- Try to recall your old strategies and the work you learned before
- Keep learning the new software and new tools that have been launched recently and are upcoming, which help to upgrade your skillset.
- Keep in touch with the audience according to your niche
- Always search and explore the Creative and try to make a replica so that your mind will stay connected to positivity and creativity.
Things you should avoid
- Don’t depend completely on AI-generated results.
- Don’t listen to the online course provider, first they scare you that your job is in danger, change to another line, and then they will sell their courses to you. That’s their trick to sell courses.
- Don’t add many skills to your skill set at once, until you become proficient in one; then you should explore adding another one. It may demotivate you when you don’t get a better result.

AI is not our enemy; consider it a friend. AI makes your work very easy, and your skills make that work perfect. So nowadays it’s not AI or without AI, it’s AI with Skills. And you aren’t the only one in the industry; there some so many designations and departments that feel the same. Content Writer, Photographer, Ads Maker, Movie Production House, Animator, Motion Artist; But you know what still we need content writer when everyone using AI portal such as Chatgpt and deep seek, still we need photographer for our weddings or pre-wedding shoot, still product manufacturer required Ads Maker and Still Director and Producer Hire a Production House, Animator and Motion Artist still doing the great job in a company or Individuals as influencer.
Keep Learn and upgrading your skills until you realise you are doing great in your Designing Job and you have achieved something.
